I drink a lot of Coffee/ White Coffee/ Nescafe to keep me awake; and plus I intend to sleep less eat less = loose weight a lot, and faster, with constant exercising at the gym. Question is, I head people say that by drinking a lot of Coffee/ White Coffee/ Nescafe which contains caffeine, will eventually make me gain more fat? Is this true? Can anyone confirm about this?
