hi. not really. caffeine does however remove iron from the blood and causes a loss of calcium.

sleeping less won't help lose weight. get around 8hrs per day.

constant exercising will do more harm than good. never workout more than 2 consecutive days.

you're better just changing your diet. reduce your daily calorie intake per day by 500 to lose 1lb per week of fat. the most the body can lose is 2lbs. any more than that and it's muscle/water.
Not unless you add in a lot of full cream milk into your coffee or sugar.
